Entry Requirement Criteria for RMIT
Entry requirements ensure that you are eligible to start your study as per the RMIT university standard.
RMIT includes three major entry requirements in its guidelines.
1. Minimum Age Requirement
For admission to any course of the university, you must be at least 16 years old.

2. Academic Requirements

Postgraduate Course (Master)

3. English Language Requirements
Since English is not the first language in Nepal, students from Nepal have to demonstrate their English Language proficiency.
RMIT accepts different language tests.
- IELTS: 6.5, minimum 6 in each band
- TOEFL (internet-based): 79, minimum 13 in Reading, 12 in Listening, 18 in Speaking, and 21 in Writing
- PTE: 58, minimum 50 in each module
